"For this body of work, I was drawn to the visual language of the West as a place that invites a return to something untamed.

I'm fascinated by the patterns that shape the natural world. Whether through the geometry of animal markings, the symbolism in woven textiles, or the forms found in the landscape, I'm drawn to systems that have evolved with purpose. Nothing in nature is random. I believe an inherent intelligence exists behind these patterns, telling stories long before words do.

My paintings explore the connection between what we observe in nature and what we carry within ourselves. By bringing these elements to the canvas, I hope to invite viewers to notice the world a little differently and recognize a reflection of themselves in it."
