SHIPPING POLICY

All artwork sales through The Cathedral ATX are for the purchase of artwork only. Shipping costs are not included at checkout. Shipping quotes are available upon request.


Local Pickup

By default, all artwork purchases are designated for local pickup in Austin. After your purchase is completed, our team will contact you via email to schedule a pickup appointment.


Domestic Shipping (United States Only)

We are happy to offer domestic shipping within the United States.

If you would like your artwork shipped, please contact us at after completing your purchase. Shipping is handled as a separate transaction following the artwork purchase.

Once we receive your shipping request:

  • We will coordinate shipping details with you directly
  • A shipping quote will be provided for approval
  • Shipping charges must be paid prior to shipment
  • Once approved and paid, orders typically ship within seven business days


Packaging & Insurance

All artwork is carefully packaged to help ensure safe delivery. Shipments include insurance coverage whenever applicable.

If your artwork arrives damaged in transit:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Retain all original packaging materials
  • Email photos of the damage to

We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and do our best to make the situation right.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

RETURN POLICY

All artwork sales are final.

Due to the original and often one-of-a-kind nature of the artwork we sell, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. No refunds will be issued once a purchase has been completed.

We encourage collectors to review all artwork details, dimensions, and images carefully prior to purchase. If you have questions before purchasing, please contact us at info@thecathedralatx.com.
