SUMMER INTERNSHIP
The Cathedral Internships offer hands-on experience with the ins-and-outs of running a versatile gallery. These are part-time, unpaid internships eligible for college credit only. Applicants must be currently enrolled in school to be considered.
Gallery Intern - Summer 2026
- Artist Support – Assist the Artist Manager with art inventory, storage, sales, labeling, installation, and updating the online shop
- Gallery Management – Assist the Operations Manager with opening/closing, act as receptionist for guests, and maintain the space and inventory
REQUIREMENTS
- Organized, proactive and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Excel, Google Drive, and Shopify is a plus
- Experience in art-related events or art programming a plus
- Interested in learning about a variety of roles within a gallery
- Preferably working towards a degree in Art History, Arts Management, Museum Studies or Communications

Social Media/Marketing Intern - Summer 2026
- Marketing Assistance – Assist the Marketing Manager with creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and brainstorming new social media ideas
- Event Assistance – Support the Event Manager with calendar listings, taking video and photo content during monthly showcases, and creating blog posts
REQUIREMENTS
- Background in social media editing & content creation
- Experience with Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, & video editing
- Organized, proactive and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good eye for design and the ability to follow creative direction
- Preferably working towards a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Photography, Design or Communications

EVENT CONTRACTOR
We are always looking for seasonal event staff including bartenders, event movers, and event support/waitstaff. These are hourly paid positions based on availability during peak event seasons.
