“Love All Ways” presents a body of work centered on self-acceptance as the origin point of all forms of love. Bode Robinson’s paintings are not prescriptive or literal; they operate as open visual fields where identity, emotion, and intuition coexist without constraint. By grounding the work in self-trust and inner alignment, the exhibition proposes that expansive, authentic love—of self, of others, of life—emerges naturally, without permission or definition.

Within “Love All Ways,” the recurring boxer motif frames self-acceptance as a choice to disengage from internal conflict. The stance, the gloves, the readiness to fight—these elements are redirected inward, exposing the cost of treating the self as an opponent. “Dropping the gloves” becomes a decisive shift: releasing judgment, ending the cycle of self-critique, and no longer performing for approval.

One can love others only to the depth and the capacity in which one can love themselves. Love all ways.
