"  This piece holds two ideas at once: “Love All Ways” and “I care but I do not carry.” It’s about open-heartedness without self-abandonment. The figures feel stretched, melted, almost elastic—like the emotional labor women are often expected to absorb. The colors are playful, but the message is steady. Love is expansive. Boundaries are necessary. Both can exist in the same body.

For Women’s History Month, this work honors women who have learned to love without disappearing. It acknowledges the inherited pressure to hold everything together and gently pushes back. Care does not require self-sacrifice. Empathy does not require exhaustion. The piece is a reminder that loving all ways includes loving yourself—fully, clearly, and without apology."
